John Neill, is a gifted speaker who combines a hunger for God's Word and a passion for prayer with a true heart for Pastors and their families.  Bringing real world experience, with a touch of humor, he seeks to convey the call for God's men to be "Men of Prayer".  As the founder of PRAYER SHIELD, John acts as its  Prayer Coordinator, and the writer of the monthly Newsletter.  Since starting PRAYER SHIELD in 1993, John has worked with Pastors in private, confidential counseling, as well as in arbitration for Churches.  He has served as Pastoral Liaison and Prayer Coordinator for March For Jesus  in  1993, 94 & 95 and Promise Keepers in San Diego in 1996 & 1997. He as also served as Evangelism Trainer for both Promise Keepers and Harvest Crusade.  After 24 years in Commercial Real Estate, john is now teaching History at a local High School.
